What we process

We process your account details, uploaded page images, generated PDFs, recognized text, and basic service logs to provide SCANIFY.

How it is used

Page images are processed to create your PDF and are not retained as separate stored images. Generated PDFs and recognized text are private to your SCANIFY account and are not sold.

Retention and deletion

Scans remain until you delete them. You can delete individual scans or permanently delete your account and stored documents from the app.
