Good scans

Place the page on a contrasting surface with even light. Keep every edge visible, hold still, and review the automatic crop before saving.

Usage limits

Each scan supports one PDF or up to 10 JPEG or PNG pages. Each image can be up to 5 MB, and the PDF or complete image set can be up to 10 MB. Each account may submit up to 5 scans per UTC day and keep 20 saved scans; the daily allowance resets at 00:00 UTC.

Account and data deletion

Delete an individual scan from Saved scans, or choose “Delete my SCANIFY account” to remove the account’s scans and stored PDFs. If deletion does not complete, email support from the address on your account.

Accessible help

If a disability-related barrier prevents you from completing a task or reading a generated document, tell us what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We will work with you on an accessible alternative.
